Sri Lankan dogs to fight Terrorism?

Sri Lankan police on Thursday appealed to the public to donate their pet dogs to help the fight against terrorism and crime on the war-torn island. I wonder how many people in the United States would donate their dogs for such a cause? Maybe this is the answer to the all the homeless dogs in the pet shelters...or maybe not.
